How do I place an order?

WriterAdda reserves the right to modify, update, or delete its policies and their provisions at any time and without advance notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you stay up to date on Policy changes to ensure compliance with this website’s use.

Payment

How do I make a payment for a purchase?

WriterAdda receives payment by any of the below options:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI

All of the payments will be made through Razorpay payment gateway.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on WriterAdda?

All/Any of the prices mentioned, either for pre-defined packages or for any customized package, purchased through WriterAdda (writeradda.com) is exclusive of 18% GST, as mandated by Government of India. The additional GST is applicable only for Individuals/Organizations who are domestic to the national boundaries of Republic of India. For Individuals/Organizations from North America, Europe, ANZ, GST is not applicable.

Process

After you make your purchase and payment is complete, we will send a confirmation invoice directly to your inbox. Our team will keep you updated on the status of your order from there; once it’s been assigned to the writer, we’ll let you know along with an estimated completion timeline. For maximum efficiency, our writers are allocated orders in less than 24 hours – so rest assured that a fast yet quality service is always available!

Kindly note that our non-working days include Sundays and public holidays, which would not be taken into consideration when calculating your order deadline.

To ensure that we have a seamless communication with you, kindly remain attentive to your email account. If any content order requires further discussion, we will conveniently arrange for a meeting via Zoom or Google Meet. We take the privacy of our writers seriously; hence their contact details and social media channels are kept confidential at all times.

Revisions

Here at WriterAdda, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. If a delivered order doesn’t meet the expected standards, customers can rightfully request revisions. We offer two rounds of revision after delivery; though these are subject to certain criteria as outlined below in detail.

We kindly request that you share any modifications/changes/edits with us within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Make edits and annotations on the document directly, then share it via email to ensure your modifications are clearly communicated.

To ensure accuracy and successful completion of your order, kindly limit any modifications to the information you have already provided.

The writer will carefully work on your modifications, changes and edits within 48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays). We kindly ask for your patience during this time.

If you require more than 2 free revisions, you may be charged for the same.

Refunds

What is WriterAdda’s refund policy?

We offer full refunds and initiate them within 2 business days only in two cases:

• If your content is not delivered at the agreed-upon deadline specified in our email conversation.
• If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been assigned to the writer.

Cancellations

What is WriterAdda’s Cancellation Policy?

Act fast! You have the opportunity to cancel an order until it is assigned to a writer. We’ll keep you updated on this status, and you can then decide if canceling makes sense for your situation; once the assignment has been made, though, no refunds are applicable.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

We will review your order cancellation request and if it fits into our refund policy, we will initiate your refund within 2 business days. You well receive the refund into your source account within 7-14 days after refund initiation from our side.
